Hotel Atmosphere - Poltava

The food at the hotel restaurant was really good, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. the room itself was quite attractive and comfortable, with modern furnishings and plenty of space to spread out. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to shopping and sightseeing in the local area.

there was very poor sound insulation between rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We could hear our neighbors talking in the next room and people walking in the hallway outside.

The hotel was really clean and modern, with great facilities. The location was ideal, right in the city center but tucked away from the main street so it wasn't too noisy. I loved that it was also close to various sites and attractions. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - I definitely recommend checking it out!

This hotel is in a great location, near the city center but just off the main street, making it quiet and peaceful. The room had a panoramic window with three large windows and a terrace outside, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained.

Spending Christmas at our hotel was a great experience! the room was cozy and clean, which allowed us to rest comfortably. to that, the staff was very attentive and helpful, always willing to provide us with information about the city. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to the main street, where we could find many shops and restaurants.

One of the nights, there was a noisy party happening in a neighboring room, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was in a great location, just off the main pedestrian streets and close to the city center. the room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. there were no bedside lamps. the reception staff was responsive and helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and local transportation. the restaurant adjacent to the lobby was quite attractive and served excellent food.

At times the hotel corridors could be quite noisy late in the evenings with guests coming and going.

They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. The restaurant had a great ambiance and the waitresses provided really good service. the hotel's location was fantastic, great to easily explore the main square and nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable and attractive, providing a pleasant environment to relax in.

The rooms with panoramic windows allow for beautiful views and plenty of natural light. The staff was helpful, especially considering our late arrival.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.
